Role of homeopathy in cases of dysmenorrhoea

  • With dysmenorrhoea there are griping pains in abdomen with diarrhoea
4] Caullophyllum:

  • The patient has lack of tonicity of the womb
  • Before and during menstruation, there are spasmodic pains and patient complains that they flew in all directions
  • Pains are intermittent and come in paroxysms

5] Borax:
  • Menses are too soon, profuse, with griping pain in abdomen. These pains extend to small of back
  • Membranous dysmenorrhoea with pain in the breast during menses indicates this remedy
  • Patient is very anxious especially from motions which have a downward direction
  • Anxious expressions on the face during the downward motion
  • Excessive nervous, easily frightened, very sensitive to sudden noises
